There are more than seven billion people in the world, and we’re up against huge challenges that affect us all. Those of us with more must help those with less, and we need to act now.

This is the mission of Billions in Change, a movement to save the world through the widespread implementation of solutions in the areas of water, energy and health. Simple technologies have already been invented that can make a huge difference in billions of lives. The first step in their implementation is to make you aware of them.

To make that happen we’re releasing the full-length “Billions in Change” documentary on October 5. It tells the story of Stage 2 Innovations, a laboratory outside of Detroit where tinkerers created the Rain Maker. This machine, the size of a car, can convert seawater, or even polluted water, into fresh water at the rate of 1,000 gallons an hour. They also created the Free Electric system, which, as the name suggests, can provide free electricity to the billions of people in the world who currently have none. Their Renew ECP medical device promotes wellness by improving blood circulation – without drugs or surgery.

Stage 2 Innovations was started by entrepreneur Manoj Bhargava. He became an American success story when his company, Living Essentials, introduced 5-hour ENERGY®. He has pledged to give away 99 percent of his wealth, and now spends most of his time focused on Stage 2.

With your help the Billions in Change movement will be truly successful. It doesn’t need your money. It needs your voice. By telling your friends, civic leaders and social networks about real solutions to the world’s most urgent problems, you’ll help the movement move forward. When enough voices join us, policy makers and elected officials can’t help but to take notice. Together we can make this happen.
